If you are thinking about offering a health insurance plan for the first time, we can offer viable suggestions to you. If it is determined that group health insurance won't work for your group, then a solution will be provided for employees to obtain individual health plans.

Analyzing

We analyze your current plan and make recommendations to achieve the goals that have been set. A complete Market Analysis of all health insurance companies, and the plans they offer, is completed for your group. If you offer life, dental, vision, disability or other benefits, we will analyze those benefits as well to create an integrated plan for you, and your employees.

Comparing

A "side-by-side" comparison is made of your current plan offerings and the plans from other insurance companies that make sense from both a benefit and cost standpoint. Recommendations are made after discussion of the various plans available.

Implementing

We work with you and the insurance company to make sure employees get enrolled in the plan, and understand how the plan works for them.

Servicing

Implementing the plan is just the beginning. You will receive ongoing support throughout the year and we will provide the same complete Market Analysis for you at the plan renewal.
